Let us provide the highest quality homecare you can trust!

Welcome to Holders of Hope!

Holders of Hope is built on and dedicated to understanding

the importance of loving often, serving always, and choosing HOPE!

What does it mean to CHOOSE HOPE?

Choosing Hope. Serving with Heart.

Hope is trust, security, and the strength to keep going. It is the passionate desire of the heart to believe that better days are possible—even when life feels overwhelming.

Choosing hope matters most when circumstances are difficult. It can be the difference between a hard day and a hopeful one. Hope helps people refocus on what truly matters, rediscover their strength, and move forward with purpose.

At Holders of Hope, we choose hope—every single day.

Who We Are

Holders of Hope is a family-owned and operated supportive homecare and hospice agency dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We proudly assist with everyday needs such as:

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Grocery shopping and errands

  • Meal preparation

  • Transportation to and from appointments

These services—and many more—are designed to support daily living while preserving dignity and independence.

What We Do

No task is too big or too small. From routine and seasonal cleaning to complex situations such as hoarding cleanouts, Holders of Hope is here to help. We identify and address in-home needs to ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive living environment.

Our goal is simple: to help our clients remain in their homes as long and as safely as possible. We work alongside clients, patients, and families—stepping in where help is needed and providing support that adapts as needs change. We also connect families with local resources and educational support when requested.

Our Approach

We believe independence looks different for everyone. Sometimes our role is simply being present while a task is completed. Other times, we provide hands-on assistance when challenges arise. Most often, we help adapt tasks to make them easier and safer—empowering our clients to continue doing what they can, with confidence.

What Makes Us Different

At Holders of Hope, care is personal. We create client-focused care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Our case manager works closely with you to identify priorities, address concerns, and locate community resources that may be helpful throughout your care journey.

We take great pride in thoughtfully pairing each client with the caregiver who is the best fit. While not every match is perfect, our admissions process allows us to get to know you, understand your preferences, and ensure your comfort. We are committed to honesty, transparency, and open communication—and we welcome feedback regarding caregivers, office staff, and management.

Rooted in Community

We believe that “it takes a village.” Holders of Hope values collaboration and works seamlessly with other agencies to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. We are honored to be part of your village and grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your loved ones.

Our Promise

Our motto says it best:
“With a little bit of HOPE, anything is possible.”

With years of experience and a genuine love for what we do, our mission is to serve with compassion, make a meaningful difference, and touch lives in the same way our lives have been touched by those we care for.

At the end of every shift, our hope is simple: that we made a difference today.

Why CHOOSE HOPE?

Care That Helps You Feel Better at Home

Feel better in the comfort of your own home. We specialize in in-home care and daily living assistance for individuals with a wide range of needs. Whether support is needed daily or weekly due to aging, illness, mental health or cognitive challenges, recovery, or rehabilitation, our trusted caregivers provide personalized care you can rely on.

More Than Caregivers

Our caregivers are more than just helpers—they serve in many roles that evolve as our clients’ needs change. Because no two days are the same, our highly trained team adapts quickly to shifting physical, emotional, and mental needs. At the heart of our care is empathy, compassion, and a commitment to serving with purpose—loving often, serving always, and choosing hope.

Care Built on Connection

We do more than assist with daily tasks—we build meaningful, caring relationships. Through one-on-one attention, we provide a level of care and consistency that cannot be matched in institutional settings. Our goal is to help you remain in your home as long as possible, safely and comfortably.

Our caregivers are well-trained, knowledgeable, and deeply devoted to the people they serve.

Personalized Care Plans

We understand that no two individuals are alike, and no single care plan fits everyone. Services may include assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, supervision, and more. We take the time to truly get to know you and develop a customized care plan designed around your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Your home. Your care. Your hope.

This added level of accessibility ensures immediate support, clear communication, and peace of mind when it matters most. Our team is driven by a genuine passion for serving others, and we are always just a phone call away—ready to help, support, and respond.

Our dedicated team is highly trained in recognizing, addressing, and stabilizing crisis situations with compassion and professionalism. In many cases, a crisis requires 24/7 care while a more suitable long-term plan is thoughtfully developed.

We often provide this level of support during life-altering transitions—such as the loss of a primary caregiver—when a loved one is left facing a difficult “now what?” moment. Our crisis care services allow families the time and space they need to grieve, plan, and make informed decisions, while we ensure immediate needs are met safely and respectfully.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at care@holdersofhope.com or call our office at 920-219-9477 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Holders of Hope provides access to a Community Resource Specialist who works alongside individuals and their families to connect them with local, community-based programs. These resources can help offset the cost of in-home care and ensure families receive the support they need.

Holders of Hope proudly contracts with the following payer sources to ensure accessible, high-quality care across Wisconsin:

  • All ADRCs in Wisconsin

  • Inclusa (MCO)

  • IRIS (MCO)

  • My Choice Wisconsin (MCO)

  • Lakeland Care (MCO)

  • Humana (MCO)

  • iCare (MCO)

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (MCO)

We work closely with these organizations to help individuals and families receive the supportive services they need.

A Managed Care Organization (MCO) is an organization that coordinates long-term care services. In many cases, when an individual is referred to their local ADRC, the ADRC will complete an assessment by asking a series of questions to determine eligibility. Based on the individual’s needs and qualifications, they may be eligible for the Family Care OR Partnership program.

Family Care and Partnership Program are innovative programs that provide a comprehensive range of long-term care services through one flexible, coordinated benefit designed to support individuals in remaining safe and supported in their homes and communities.

The short answer is—in many situations, yes! We are happy to work alongside family members and friends who wish to be involved in a loved one’s care. We understand that while family and friends often have a strong desire to help with household tasks and daily needs, they may not be able to afford time away from work to do so.

At Holders of Hope, we proudly encourage family and friend involvement and help foster these important relationships. In many cases, we are able to bring family members or close friends on as part of our staff, allowing them to be paid to help provide care for their loved one while ensuring proper training, support, and oversight.

The cost of having Holders of Hope provide in-home support varies based on the specific needs of the individual and family. Our services typically range from $35 to $75 per hour, depending on factors such as the level of care required, type of services provided, and overall complexity of support.

We believe in transparent, fair pricing and take the time to understand your situation so we can recommend the most appropriate level of care. Our team works closely with families to develop a personalized care plan that balances quality support with affordability.

If you have questions about pricing or would like a customized estimate, we’re happy to help you explore your options and find the right fit for your needs.

You can connect with Holders of Hope in the way that works best for you. Reach out to us by email at care@holdersofhope.com, call our office at 920-219-9477, or stop by our office at 308 Cooper St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. We look forward to connecting with you and supporting your care needs.

Reviews

More about our community-based programs, maybe you can help?

We have a handful of extremely wonderful programs that are geared towards members of our community who are in need.

*We offer a letter writing program in which we have volunteers from the community write letters of encouragement to our clients / patients. How this works, community members call in and they are "given" a client to write to. The client's interests are shared along with other topics the client enjoys talking about (all with client consent), and then the community member will write the letter and send it to Holders of Hope and then we will send it out to the client. Holders of Hope will act as a go between in order to protect our client's information and privacy.  When / if the client responds (most of them do), our caregivers will pick up the letter from the client and get it to the office, then we will get the response in the mail to the community member. A perfect circle of HOPE! Wouldn't you say?   We serve many individuals who do not have family or have very limited family interaction, sometimes it is just a lovely gesture to be able to bless someone through a piece of mail that is sprinkled with HOPE.

*We offer a FREE service to patients on hospice, to have a volunteer sit with them to record their memories and / or letters to their families. Volunteers must undergo a state satisfied background check.

*We offer community members the ability to "adopt a senior". How this works, is that community members contact Holders of Hope and simply ask for "local needs"; we never hand out personal, private information- instead we can give a demographic of the person in need along with a list of needs. We have also had some very generous community members ask for a list of "wants"- this was really neat as it allowed for a few of our clients to have something they really wanted.

*We have an amazingly cool program called "Santa Stop Here". Let me tell you all about it! We serve many individuals who desire to have Santa visit them on Christmas Eve, in fact they watch out the window and wait to see the lights and listen for the sounds of the hooves on the roof! It is awesome! We have developed a program very similar to the "adopt a senior" program, the only difference is this program is geared towards the Christmas season and available to clients of ALL ages 18-999. It is not just about Santa stopping by to leave gifts, it is about the magic of Christmas and getting ready for what the "Christmas Season" is all about. We had a good handful of individuals that had no Christmas decorations this year! We were able to muster enough funds through VERY generous donations in order to provide trees, decorations and stockings for everyone without a tree (who wanted one).

As always keep coming back to stay up on the latest programs we have to offer the community! Our team is diligently working on coming up with new and exciting things to offer!
