Who We Are
Holders of Hope is a family-owned and operated supportive homecare and hospice agency dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We proudly assist with everyday needs such as:

- Grocery shopping and errands

- Transportation to and from appointments
These services—and many more—are designed to support daily living while preserving dignity and independence.

No task is too big or too small. From routine and seasonal cleaning to complex situations such as hoarding cleanouts, Holders of Hope is here to help. We identify and address in-home needs to ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive living environment.
Our goal is simple: to help our clients remain in their homes as long and as safely as possible. We work alongside clients, patients, and families—stepping in where help is needed and providing support that adapts as needs change. We also connect families with local resources and educational support when requested.
Our Approach
We believe independence looks different for everyone. Sometimes our role is simply being present while a task is completed. Other times, we provide hands-on assistance when challenges arise. Most often, we help adapt tasks to make them easier and safer—empowering our clients to continue doing what they can, with confidence.
